Rocky Road Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Original Goodness Granola Bar Mix
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- Your favourite chocolate ice cream
- Prepare the granola mix according to package directions and add marshmallows and chocolate to the mix. Bake and let cool completely before slicing into bars.
- Once cool, scoop ice cream onto bars and top with another bar.
- Place in the freezer to set for about 1 hour. Keep them stored in there until you’re ready to enjoy one!
