Our Real Food Bars do contain nuts. Tree nuts and/or peanuts depending on the flavour. All of our foods are produced in a facility that processes peanuts and treenuts.

Yes! Our Real Food Bars are made with Certified Gluten Free oats. We regularly conduct 3rd party testing to ensure our products contain less than 20 ppm gluten.
