Refunds

While we do not issue refunds based on personal preference (we highly recommend you start with our sampler if you’re new to our products), please reach out to our team at hello@madewithlocal.com if your order is damaged or defective in some way - we’ll make it right!

Returns

Because our Real Food Bars and Protein Cookies are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened containers and/or containers with fewer than the number of units listed on outer packaging. If you’re truly unhappy with the quality of the product you receive, please reach out at hello@madewithlocal.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution!

Purchases From 3rd Party Retailers

Made with Local cannot guarantee products sold by unauthorized third-party retail vendors either online or in stores. Authorized retailers are responsible for providing their own return/refund policies for items they sell, including Made with Local Real Food Bars and Protein Cookies. All that said, please let us know about your issue and we will do our best to help solve the issue.
