Sometimes the simplest ideas are the yummiest! We love this creation by our friend Mykaela Erb, who has prepared our Cranberry Choco-Chunk Granola Bar Mix and topped with fresh whipped cream and seasonal fruit!

Seasonal Fruit-Topped Granola Bites
Instructions:
1 package of your favourite Granola Bar Mix
1/2 cup of nut or seed butter
1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup

Mix contents of pouch with nut/seed butter and honey/maple syrup. Press into a square pan.

Bake the granola bars for 10 mins at 300F and cool fully. Cut into your favourite shapes. Top with your favourite yogurt or whipped cream, and fresh seasonal fruit!
