Peanut Butter Brownie Cups


  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate (packed)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Peanut Butter Brownie Real Food Bar, chopped into small squares
  • 4 tbsp drippy peanut butter
  • Flaky salt, for topping


  1. Pour the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted, about 2 minutes.
  2. Line a mini silicone muffin tin with liners.
  3. Pour about 1 1/2 tsp melted chocolate into the liners.
  4. Place the tiny square of granola bar on top of the chocolate and then top with peanut butter.
  5. Pour about 1 tbsp melted chocolate on top to cover.
  6. Place in the freezer to set for about 20 minutes, before it’s almost hardened, top with flaky salt.
  7. Keep them stored in the freezer and let them thaw for a few minutes before eating. Enjoy!
