CanadaThese are so delicious it is hard to eat just one! 230c is on the higher end for a snack with 30g of carbohydrates. The ingredients are exactly what I would make from scratch, if I was going to make from scratch lol. Very yummy and satisfying!

CanadaJust sampled my first Made With Local food bar. They are healthy and delicious, far better than other bars on the market. I sent a box to my son and daughter in law who is gluten sensitive. They love them. I also appreciate that this is a small Nova Scotia based company using local ingredients. Going forward this is the only food bar I will buy. 11/10!
