Made with Local didn’t start in a boardroom. It all started with our founder Sheena and her home kitchen, making energy bars using ingredients sourced from her community farmers market. A few months later she decided to start selling those energy bars at the same market, building a legion of super fans, who feel in love with the bars' deliciousness and community-rooted story.
Over a decade later, Made with Local has grown by leaps and bounds, but we've kept our values the same. Made with Canadian family-farm ingredients like Regenerative Organic certified oats from Saskatchewan, the Ysseldyk's family in Ontario with their organic honey, and 3rd-generation VanDyk's Wild Blueberries from Nova Scotia.
