Give Back Friday is THIS FRIDAY!
This Black Friday, November 29th, we are bringing back Give Back Friday, the day of the year where we donate all the proceeds from our online sales to a special charity! This year we chose to partner up with Community Food Centres Canada, an organization dedicated to ending food insecurity in low-income communities in Canada. This charity is close to our hearts because we believe in nourishing our communities as well as ourselves with healthy food and that is exactly what CFC Canada is doing with their amazing work!

Across Canada millions suffer from food insecurity, which takes a toll on their physical and mental health. Community Food Centres Canada works to eliminate food insecurity by building programs and food centres in low-income communities across Canada.
Some of CFC Canada’s programs include community meals that are free and healthy, affordable produce markets that give low-income families access to fruits and veggies, educational programs that teach families to cook healthy meals, after school programs and community gardens.
