1. Are your products nut-free?
Our Real Food Bars are all made with nut butters (ie. peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter) and therefore are not nut-free. Our Granola Bar Mix does not inherently contain nuts and is recognized as 'lunchbox friendly' when prepared with a school-safe butter. These products are produced in the same facility however we follow very rigorous sanitation protocols in accordance with HACCP and SQF regulations. When it comes to severe allergies, we encourage families to make their own decisions regarding what is right for them!
2. Are your products gluten-free?
While our products do not inherently contain wheat ingredients, the oats we currently use are not certified gluten-free. We are in the process of transitioning to certified gluten-free oats that have been produced in a dedicated and certified gluten-free facility and will make clear on our packaging, website and social media when this transition is complete! As always, when it comes to severe allergies, we encourage families to make their own decisions regarding what is right for them!

4. Will Granola Bar Mix be coming back to Costco?
Our 1kg bag of Chocolate Chip Granola Bar was created exclusively for Costco, where the nature of products is very 'come and go'. We hope to do more orders with Costco soon but in the meantime you can find our primary Granola Bar Mix flavours in our online shop and stores across Canada.
5. What happened to Loaded Oats?
Our beloved Loaded Oats line has been discontinued for the time being. We hope to relaunch our oatmeal line some time in the near future!
