Loaded Oats Holiday Parfait Recipe
- 2 cups cooked and cooled MWL Cranberry Maple Spice Loaded oats
- Your favourite MWL Real Food Bar, crumbled or make Real Food Bar Mix, cool and crumble (I chose Gingerbread)
1 cups your favourite fruits (I used starfruit, persimmon, cranberries and blueberries)
1 cup your favourite thick yogurt, dairy or non dairy (I chose coconut flavoured yogurt)
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
A splash of orange liqueur (optional)
2 tsps. natural liquid sweetener
Bring to a boil until about 1/2 of cranberries have popped, about 5 minutes, cool completely
Zest of orange
Pure Nova Scotia Maple Syrup
Layer oats, yogurt, fruit and cranberry sauce, top with crumbled bar, orange zest and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
