Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
- 1 bag Granola Bar Mix (Original Goodness)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour or oat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch sea salt
Direction:
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Mix bar mix, nut butter, honey, vanilla together in a big mixing bowl
- Add in chocolate chips, salt, baking soda, flour
- Add in water to smooth it out.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool for 15-20 minutes after coming out of oven.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream or yogurt and fresh berries!
